TTRPG Backups is a personal, non-commercial utility for storing and restoring encrypted tabletop roleplaying game application backups in the owner's Google Drive account. It is not available to the public.
The utility uses Google OAuth authorization and the Google Drive API through rclone to access Google Drive according to the permissions granted by the account owner. Access is used to upload, list, retrieve, and manage backup repository files. It does not access Gmail, contacts, or calendars.
Backup content is encrypted locally using restic before being transferred to Google Drive. The utility does not sell personal information, use Google user data for advertising, or share Google user data with third parties for marketing. Backup files remain in the owner's Google Drive account and are subject to Google's storage and security practices.
Encrypted backup repository files are retained and deleted according to the owner's backup retention configuration. The account owner can revoke Google authorization through Google Account settings and delete stored backups from Google Drive.
OAuth credentials and backup encryption secrets are stored separately from this public website. This site does not receive Google OAuth tokens, backup files, or account passwords.
